Readying limestone blocks, what I have learnt is if you don’t like the original shape smash it up and make blocks.

One knock

I have lain dormant for many moons
my surfaces are cracked and worn
What once was man is now a shadow
No true detail have I left to show
One knock and I shall truly tumble.

Skip

Armed with my trusty Opinel knife, I started hacking at this piece of kingspan insulation foam rescued from a skip.
I kind of like the classical nature of it added with the pealing back of the foil surrounding.
Finally it has a brittle fragility that can break off at any moment.
